As a Project Manager, you will be providing direction and oversight to project teams, to design, develop, deploy and sustain solutions which meet applicable business requirements for our client's customer portal.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • May be responsible for a single project of medium to high complexity, a small program, or a group of smaller, unrelated projects; managing interdependencies between projects within and outside scope of responsibility
  • Managing project deliverables, cost, schedule, and quality
  • Allocating and directing resources to accomplish project tasks, and maintaining project schedule(s) and deliverable quality
  • Resolving issues and mitigating risks; escalating issues/risks when appropriate
  • Managing project teams, which may include employee and/or vendor team members; informing the team of project progress; leading/developing staff members
  • Acting as an interface to IT and Business Partners; developing/maintaining strong relationships with multiple teams and vendor management
  • Assisting with development of RFPs/SOWs and vendor selection
