SUMMARY:

Individuals in Project Management are professionals who are responsible for the overall success of a wide range of projects of varying levels of complexity. Project Managers are accountable for project initiation and planning, and for overseeing development, testing, implementation, and closeout. This includes initial project planning efforts such as developing the project scope, defining project guidelines, obtaining business and IT sponsor approvals, and coordinating the resources necessary to successfully complete the project. Once a project is set in motion, the Project Manager is expected to communicate major milestones, identify potential project risks, provide continuing direction to the project team, and conduct regular status meetings to review project activities. Project Management professionals are also responsible for prioritizing procedures for changing scope and project acceptance procedures. Nearing project completion, the Project Manager is expected to obtain feedback to assure that project efforts meet customer expectations for agreed upon schedule, cost and objectives. Members of this family are expected to provide the highest level of expertise in the application of the tools and techniques of the project management discipline. Each level is assumed to have been built on the responsibilities and competencies demonstrated by the previous level

QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must have IT Project Management experience (5 Years) and IT Network experience or exposure in this field (1-3 years). The Project Manager role is for IT Infrastructure, focusing on network setup, IT equipment for warehouses and IT networking in warehouse experience. Hybrid position (3 days in the office and 2 days remote) For the first week or two of training will be in the office. Schedule M-F 8am-5pm.
