Qualifications for Project Manager include:

- 5+ years of project management experience
- Must be skilled in managing the project development lifecycle: initiation, definition, development, and testing/implementation phases
- Experience working in hybrid Waterfall and Agile environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external customers and staff
- Experience working on multiple application development projects
- Banking experience is a plus
