Job Description

• Vaco is hiring for a Project Manager located in Boca Raton, FL. Ideal candidate would have a minimum of 1 year within construction. Open to role being remote, but candidate needs to live within drivable distance to occasionally go into the office.

  Summary: Experienced level Project Manager responsible for managing the administrative processes from the signed contract through Paid/Closed Out for 80+ client jobs simultaneously.
  Key Responsibilities:
  ? Act as primary liaison to clients, maintaining weekly communications on project status.
  ? Coordinating site surveys and engineering services
  ? Oversee permit process with respective municipalities
  ? Procuring and scheduling materials, installations, and inspections
  ? Communicating and scheduling job-related information to field operations
  ? Overseeing utility Net Metering process to completion
  ? Responsible for providing functioning monitoring and warranty information to homeowners
  Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)
  ? Legally authorized to work in the United States, full-time, for an indefinite period
  ? Valid Florida Driver's License
  ? Ability to reliably commute to Company office on time, every day
  ? Strong work ethic
  ? Minimum 2-3 years customer service experience
  ? Strong problem-solving skills
  ? Strong computer systems skills, including MS Office
  Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)
  ? Minimum 3 years of related experience in:
  ? Telephonic customer service
  ? Coordination of construction services with municipalities
  ? Proficiency in project management software
