Vaco Indianapolis has partnered with a client looking for a Property Tax Compliance Specialist for a contract role.

Our client is looking for candidates with property tax return compliance experience.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Audit property tax returns for all locations
• Process applications to obtain necessary license and maintain compliance for new and existing offices
• Assist in maintaining electronic files, database, and auditing systems
• Provide quality customer service to support our personnel throughout the organization
• Communicate effectively with our personnel, as well as individuals outside the company to resolve issues
• Other projects as needed

Minimum Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience and understanding of property tax returns
• Analytical and problem solving skills, organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure, especially in a deadline-driven environment
• Proven verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate Excel skills
• MS Access experience is a plus
