We are searching for a talented Recruiting Coordinator for one of our clients! Join a small HR team and lead the internal recruitment efforts!
What you'll be doing:
- Developing sourcing strategies and talent attraction initiatives that incorporate our ATS (Paylocity), LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels
- Establishing new relationships and working with existing search firms.
- Supporting the summer associate and fall clerk programs, which includes assisting with coordination of on-campus recruiting and in-office interview programs, assisting with interview schedules, the offer process, and follow-up efforts.
- Sourcing lateral associate candidates, conducting screening interviews, preparing interview summaries, and making interview recommendations.
- Leveraging professional networks, social media, user groups, networking events and other creative channels to source both active and passive candidates
- Analyzing, sourcing, and recruiting metrics to proactively identify areas for process improvement
- Researching industry trends and staying abreast of talent/labor market and competitor insights
- Developing effective relationships within the firm and the legal recruitment community to have positive influence and impact on the firm's recruiting program.
- Providing administrative support for various recruiting initiatives.
- Obtaining reference checks, background checks, and due diligence on associate candidates; seeing the hiring process through the offer and acceptance stage.
