Job Title: Consulting-level .NET Developer

Job Type: 6 month contract-to-hire

Job Overview:

Currently seeking an experienced full stack .NET Developer with a minimum of 7 years of experience to join a brand new team. This is a great opportunity to work in a start-up culture within a large enterprise environment. As a .NET Developer, you will be responsible for analyzing gaps in current business processes and coming up with innovative solutions in a short amount of time.

Responsibilities:

• Work with a team of developers to analyze gaps in current business processes and come up with innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement solutions.
• Design, develop and maintain .NET applications.
• Develop and maintain SQL back end.
• Provide technical guidance and support to other team members.

Must Haves:

• 7 years of experience in full stack .NET development.
• Strong SQL back end experience.
• Ability to work with minimal requirements as the team works in the grey area.
• Experience in analyzing gaps in current business processes and coming up with innovative solutions in a short amount of time.

Nice to Haves:

• Previous lead experience will be helpful. Needing someone who can collaborate in coming up with solutions.
• Cloud experience is a plus.

• Contract portion is open to remote. Once converted to FTE, relocation to Nashville would be requried to be onsite 2-3 days a week.
