Vaco, LLC has teamed up with our client a superior Multi-Billion Dollar, Publicly Traded Software Technology company located in Manhattan, NYC, NY. We have been asked to identify a qualified Project Manager or Business Analyst that will work closely with a Senior Management across several corporate divisions offering a strong level of exposure. The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-profile collaborative environment and have experience in managing multiple deliverables, project timelines and the ability to work with cross-functional teams

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Manager/Senior Analyst will work to identify and drive key optimization initiatives across this multi-billion dollar global software company with an initial focus on internal and supporting technology spend.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• IT based optimization
• SQL/PowerBI/additional analytical tool expertise and Building Dashboards
• Uses advanced excel skills to analyze complex datasets and develop models to identify trends and opportunities for optimization
• Considers the impact of recommendation implementation on the organization and develops change management plans and communications to minimize disruption to business
• Manages multiple deliverables, project timelines, and works with cross-functional teams
• Develops and presents recommendations for improvement based upon analysis of quantitative data,
• Preference for experience in identifying and implementing IT-based optimization opportunities across software, IT systems, infrastructure (cloud and traditional), network, etc.
• Develops and presents recommendations for improvement based upon analysis of quantitative data, qualitative inputs, and leading practices

COMPENSATION SUMMARY

$80-$85 per hour
