Vaco has been engaged by a top investment firm in the Birmingham area who is in search of a Sales and Communications Assistant to join their team. This person will assist with the daily management of administrative duties including managing calls, directing traffic, calendar management, assisting clients, and other duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field is required
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and wear many hats
  • Self-starter who has the initiative to take on additional responsibilities without being asked
