Our client, located near Summit, NJ is adding a Senior Firm Administrator to the team.

In this role the ideal candidate will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Scheduling meetings and appointments for Partners
  • Office management (supplies, inventory, maintain copiers and printers, postage, etc.)
  • Ordering supplies
  • Billing and preparing letters for invoices.
  • Filing and maintaining company records
  • Tax filing returns (electronic & paper)
  • All Tax forms include W-2, 1099, 1041, 1042, 1065, 1120S, 1120C, 990, 990PF, 5500, etc.
  • Deposits and keying
  • Customer service
  • *HR related responsibilities include Workers compensation, payroll, 401K plan and employers liability policy

Requirements for the position include:

  • Previous experience in a similar role with an accounting firm or professional services organization
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills both written and verbal.
  • College Degree highly preferred
