Job Description

Our Senior IT Project Managers are directly responsible for driving a wide range of cross-functional multi-million dollar projects ensuring they deliver the expected business benefits within the approved timeline, budget and scope. We values collaboration and as such, this role requires a collaborative and consultative approach to drive projects within the organization and be a part of the overall solution.


  • Partner with internal customers to understand the objectives associated to a project and to ensure requirements are properly defined and documented
  • Take ownership and actively manage the project throughout its entire life-cycle following the standard project management processes and methodologies from IT
  • Engage all different teams involved (regionally and globally) to ensure the best solution is put forward and appropriate resources are assigned
  • Communicate status of the projects to key stakeholders on a regular basis and with total transparency. Make sure risks are proactively identified, documented and mitigated throughout the life of the project
  • Promote the use of good project management practices within our organization not just by "leading by example" but also by playing consulting roles to any organization that might require support with their own projects or project management processes
  • Contribute, in cooperation with other members of the IT PMO Organization, to the continuous improvement of standard project management processes and tools
  • Management of change and dealing naturally with ambiguity and influence others during this time to keep projects on time and on budget


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, Master degree strongly preferred OR
  • 10+ years with relevant work experience (managing multiple technology projects, in design, development, and implementation of high-volume software systems and components, client-facing web applications, and major Internet-oriented applications and systems)
  • Formal training in Project Management, PMP or other Project Management certification, strongly preferred
  • 8+ years managing complex multi-million dollar projects of diverse size and complexity in a cross functional, multicultural and global environment using formal project management processes
  • Prior experience managing complex multi-million dollar IT Projects in a variety of areas (Business Systems, IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, Digital/IoT) Key areas of experience preferred are; ERP implementations/upgrades (SAP), CRM implementations (SalesForce), other large best in breed application roll outs (Workday, Ariba, Concur, etc.), cloud computing, infrastructure refreshes and new office infrastructure setups
  • Experience managing technology projects and working with technology project management methodologies. (e.g. waterfall, agile, iterative) and knowing when to one method is more applicable than another
  • Well versed in ITIL and has been part of organizations with a strong ITIL culture and/or has helped roll out ITIL processes and supporting tools
  • Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English language, other languages considered a plus
  • Ability to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Ability to travel up to 15%, domestic and international as needed to support project deliverables
  • Working knowledge of and competency in project management processes, including planning tasks and allocating resources, risk management, issues management, time management, and financial management


  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into products, projects and programs
  • Experience with Project Portfolio Management Tools, a plus
