Role: Our client is an audit, tax, and consulting firm. They are looking for a Service Desk Technician to help with their growing accounts, in financial services, the life sciences arena and more. In this role, you will work directly with trained consultants and gain exposure to engagements and projects. This organization is a perfect fit for someone looking for a career path with lots of opportunity in it. Please note that this role is currently 100% remote, with hybrid possibility in the future.

Role Functions:
* Ability to handle Tier 2 support tickets
* Provide technical support through phone and email
* Support and troubleshoot workstations and network related issues
* Document support issues and resolution steps
* Monitor trends from reported client cases

Must-have Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience working on a technical helpdesk role
* At least 2 years of experience in software and hardware troubleshooting on laptops, desktops, and network equipment
* Experience with VMWare ESX hosts and vSphere Client for administration
* Office 365 Experience is a must.
* Active Directory experience
* Experience in more in-depth troubleshooting
* Experience with Apple Hardware
* Great customer service skills
