As the Controller you will be responsible for preparing the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements as well as the work with their outside CPA firm for tax preparation. You will be responsible for the company's general ledger and accounting system. You must be a leader and detail-oriented with the ability to communicate with all levels of management.

Additional responsibilities:

  • Managing accounting and financial reporting
  • Establishing and coordinating all accounting procedures
  • Investigating significant trends/variances in financial data
  • Handling AP, AR, Payroll and some Tax functions
  • Providing daily and/or weekly analysis, and reporting on operational performance as it relates to the business activities including monitoring margins, variances, and giving feedback
  • Assisting in the formulation of the budget and preparing the monthly budget variance analyses
  • Recording transactions and preparing journal entries


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • 3 or more years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication, organization and time management skills
  • MS Office Suite
  • SAGE 100 experience is a plus
