Job Description


The Senior Manager will be responsible for the execution and supervision of managing the Corporate Accounting and Consolidations process and enhancing the Corporate FP&A reporting function. They will be responsible for periodic financial reporting, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls designed to mitigate risk and enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results. This person will work directly with the VP and Corporate Controller.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Support all activities related to the consolidated financial reporting
  • Manage the monthly close and global consolidations process
  • Conduct detailed review of financial statements during the month end close and throughout each month
  • Develop and provide monthly/quarterly/annual reporting on financial covenant compliance with external lenders
  • Support successful completion of all audits throughout year (Financial/Regulatory/Tax).
  • Assist in the development and enhancement of Corporate FP&A to support VP Controller, CFO, CEO and PE ownership
  • Actual versus forecast/plan analysis, Covenant model scenario analysis (debt structure and covenants), identifying risk areas to meeting financial commitments, analyzing financial statements using "what if" scenarios and various assumptions.
  • Responsible for review of all materials to ensure accuracy for FP&A Monthly Package, and Board Presentations.
  • Responsible for the timely coordination and review of monthly financial analysis/management analysis and reports
  • Prepare presentations for Senior Management
  • Assist in Coordination and execution of annual Planning Process.
  • Work with Senior Management on integration activities related to mergers and acquisitions
  • Assist in the continuous improvement of appropriate controls over the monthly compilation process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Accounting or Finance
  • Experience performing financial modeling.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems.
