Job Description



Lead Oracle ERP Projects for one of the Leading food manufacturers in the Pacific Northwest! The Sr. IT Project Manager oversees the utilization of emerging software systems, new versions & improvements. You will perform vendor management, handle requirement gathering and provide clear and consise project updates and issue management & resolution.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage complex project implementations accross the org.
  • Scope definition in addition to the provision of project deliverables.
  • Manage the scope and manage multi-million dollar budgets, make sure that the products are on time and on/under budget.
  • Use MS Project for delivery-tracking
  • Issue escalation, communication with executives to express and negotiate expecatations and escalate issues.
  • Build the relationships with the users during the beginning of the process, lead the architecture/testing &development for version updates, managing 3rd party solutions and in-house, performance monitoring and design
  • Roll-out upgrades, manage data sensitivity issues
  • Teach and train users on applications and trainings. Troubleshooting.
  • Provide support post project implementing of solutions
  • Stay on pulse with new and emerging technologies.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Oracle ERP, Oracle Transportation Mgmt, Oracle Warehouse Management Systems, Oracle Demand Management & Supply Chain Management Tools, and Oracle Cloud
  • (PMP) certification
  • Proven track record of project management lifecycle delivery, 7+ yrs. of project management, project leadership on multi-million dollar initiatives
  • MS Project
