Vaco Dallas is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Sr. Techno-Functional Analyst, with a strong mix of business and technical knowledge. You will be tasked with liaising with business and technology teams to analyze business process issues, and help craft solutions which could be technology based, or a business process solution. You will be responsible for identifying a solution, implementing the solution, and then turning the ownership back over to the business, across a wide array of internal enterprise projects. The Sr. Techno-Functional Analyst will need to present strong technical skills with the ability to apply technical solutions to a project and articulate that to the business needs, as a Business/IT Liaison. You would provide support for enterprise applications, working within an SAP ecosystem. The Sr. Techno-Functional Analyst will need to be comfortable wearing multiple hats, and functioning in many cases as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, Solution Architect, and Change Management, dealing with Transformation and Innovation.

This role will be required to work onsite 5-days per week, in Dallas, TX, and could at times require brief travel to Houston, TX. Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 + up to 12 % annual bonus potential and full medical, dental, & vision benefits, 401K plan

Job Scope / Overview:

You will work with multiple IT and Business Teams within the enterprise, to facilitate cross-functional alignment and successful delivery of enterprise programs. Your role will ensure the optimization of enterprise workstreams, as you coordinate and facilitate projects as you analyze, monitor, track, and report on projects. You will work closely and build important relationships with stakeholders, IT teams, and project teams to ensure business objects are aligned and met.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience working within an enterprise environment, support business and technology teams
  • At least 3 years' experience working for a consulting firm as a technical solution analyst liaising with business and IT teams highly preferred
  • Prior experience and understanding of Quality Assurance testing (how to test, what to test, etc.), preferred
  • The ability to multi-task and support a variety of projects, that include change management, vendor management, merger & acquisition (M&A) work, systems integrations, data management, and ERP upgrades / integrations
  • Prior ERP experience working within an SAP ecosystem, strongly preferred
  • Prior experience with data analysis preferred
  • Excellent communications skills, with prior experience working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, 3rd party vendors, and senior level management
  • Prior experience with monitoring, tracking, and reporting on projects to management - this includes project schedules, project plans, risk and issue logs, and status reports
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, SharePoint
  • Proficiency with project management and planning tools and methodology: Waterfall, Agile, Jira, SmartSheets, MS Project, etc.
  • A Bachelors Degree and/or equivalent experience and certifications (PMP certifications, QA certifications, BA certifications)
  • The ability to travel, as needed on a limited basis to Houston, TX
