Enjoy challenging, meaningful work leading a team and working hands-on to provide strategic direction all while executing the company's talent acquisition function. You will partner with internal customers to ensure prioritization as well as develop and utilize metrics to measure functional and individual performance and effectiveness.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead the development and execution of Talent Acquisition strategies through partnership with leadership team members and hiring managers.
  • Work with leadership ad hiring managers to forecast future hiring needs
  • Research and utilize job posting and advertising options based on cost and effectiveness
  • Train and advise hiring managers
  • Partner with the Director of Human resources to support retention initiatives
  • Partner with Talent Development to support programs designed to create and maintain a deep internal talent pipeline
  • Develop and analyze metrics/KPIs to measure critical success factors related to manpower, retention and attrition management
  • Uphold cultural standards and influence others to do the same

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business or other related fields of study preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Recruiting Manager, Recruitment Consultant, or Recruiting Coordinator
  • Management or Supervisory experience
