Job Description

Tax Manager
Irving, TX

Responsibilities:

  • Manages complex preparation of tax returns, ensure compliance with all federal, state and local tax regulations
  • Responsible for preparation of quarterly and annual Federal/State income tax returns and provisions in accordance with ASC740 and other requirements
  • Analysis, planning and regular reporting to director regarding effective tax rate and impact of transactions
  • Provide technical guidance as it relates to tax, technical memos when needed
  • Maintain tax calendar
  • Review pro forma tax returns
  • Develop standard tax reporting packages

Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of progressive experience, public experience required
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, Masters preferred
  • CPA required
  • Thorough understanding of federal tax regulations including ASC740
  • Experience with Onesource or similar system
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
