Minimum 8 years of related programming/systems analysis or system architecture experience, including management-level assignments.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Significant experience with full system development life cycle methods for generating business software solutions.
Demonstrated ability to recognize and utilize design patterns.
Strong development and project management experience using Scrum.
Strong experience with Microservices.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated ability to manage software development projects through completion.
Effective interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with end users.
Advanced technical mastery in the area of specialty or broad multi-disciplinary knowledge.
Financial / budgeting acumen.
Ability to resolve divergent interests and make quick, effective decisions.
Ability to develop an in-depth understanding of assigned departments' operations, contracts, and accounting.

Top 3 Must-Haves

Prior strong development and architect experience with web services and microservices - need someone who is very technically good, can coach teams, and lead architectural discussions.
A driver who can drive changes.
Prior experience with scrum - leading a scrum team as an engineer manager.
