What We Need:

Our Publishing Tech delivers innovative solutions to our studios and supports all of their

technology needs to ensure they can focus on building incredible games. The Technical Project

Coordinator is a junior level position for those looking to apply their project management skills to

the gaming industry. We are looking for someone with experience tracking milestones, risks,

issues, and dependencies across a variety of projects. Documentation including note taking,

action item tracking, and status update summaries along with managing team meetings will be

critical. We need someone with strong interpersonal and organizational skills to navigate our

complex and fast-paced environment. Perhaps most importantly, we need someone with a

passion for getting things done.

What You Will Do:

● Establish, maintain and drive delivery against multiple project schedules

● Monitor project progress to ensure projects remain on track and communicate when things

look like they might miss deadlines. You'll be responsible for identifying project objectives

and ensuring that they're met.

● Partner with IT leads to capture project scope, meeting minutes, action items, risks, and

issues. Know when to escalate issues and who to involve when things need to get done.

● Proactively identify, track and drive resolution of blocking issues and non-engineering action

items

● Maintain project status in Jira for organization-level reporting.

● Drive risk mitigation and issue resolution through your relationships and action-based

instincts

● Establish and lead regular partner syncs

● Report on project results in conjunction with the Technical Program Manager. You should

be skilled at communication to report on the success of the project as well as any setbacks

that were encountered or room for improvement.

● Agile experience a plus

● Understands data analytics to identify key performance indicators and perform data analysis

to drive insights.

● Experience documenting business processes

● High school diploma + 5 years work experience or BA/BS or equivalent in STEM or

software related fields

● Having project management experience

● Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office or G Suite

● Industry-specific knowledge a plus

● Demonstrated strategic planning, strategic facilitation, or presentation

● Demonstrated ability to interact, influence and align with all levels of an organization; both

internal and external, technical and non-technical

● Demonstrated ability to influence and drive consensus
