Technical Support Lead-Recognized Organic Grocery Chain

SUMMARY:

IT Desktop Support staff Resource Manager needed to orchestrate exciting new changes to the infrastructure team at a well-known Local Seattle Brand. The organization is dedicated to highly environmentally friendly, sustainable, and community-based food & beverage products.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a long-term, CONTRACT-TO-HIRE position. MUST BE LOCAL TO THE GREATER SEATTLE AREA. Unable to sponsor now, unable to sponsor in the future. The position will be "Hybrid" remote. (Starts off remote, some onsite in the future a day or 2 per week might be required.)

The Technical Support Lead provides IT Process improvement recommendations for the technology department, Ensures the help desk team uses the required tools to identify, document, track and resolve reported IT issues, formulates ticket response time SLA's, develop metrics for ticketing, creates plans with detailed analytics for reporting metrics and other project ideas & initiatives, coordinates with third-party vendors along with outsourcing team members for service delivery. The IT Desktop Support Manager will also lead mobile device management initiatives for different locations and distributed team members throughout the organization along with Asset Tracking, Procurement, equipment monitoring, tracking, and expanding IT documentation improvement efforts.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • B.S. in Information Technology, Comp. Sci or relatable, transferable position and experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a Desktop Support lead position. (Retail exp. is a huge plus) Desktop Support leadership
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience leading Microsoft Application deployments, Windows Server, proficient in Networking issue resolution & additional systems/applications
  • 7+ Years of experience in Desktop/Technical/Application-Focused Support Position for a mid-size to enterprise organization.
  • Application support experience specifically: Windows Server OS, Exchange 2016, Azure Active Directory, Office 365, Trend Micro Endpoint Security, Veeam, SolarWinds, Foxit, Sophos

COMPENSATION:

Comp. Range will be approximately: $50-60/HR w2, NO C2C. Contract with the potential to go PERM!
