Job Description


  • Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business, and contact the appropriate staff member
  • Represent the company in a professional, courteous manner at all times
  • Answer and transfer telephone calls
  • Post, prepare, sort and deliver daily mail for staff
  • Maintain responsibility for the overall appearance of the office, conference room, and storage room and kitchen area
  • Maintain and order supplies for copy machine, postage machine, fax machine, computer/printer and miscellaneous supplies as needed


  • Manage service requests through Angus Anywhere as the first point of contact
  • Dispatch calls to appropriate Building personnel and work with engineers and vendors to follow up
  • Assist Property Assistant and Assistant Property Manager with maintaining compliance audit files
  • Coordinate construction activities (i.e. schedule freight, weekend/after-hours access, security, special access)
  • Maintain the weekend/after-hours building access program for all tenants and vendors
  • Maintain contact database and emergency contact list
  • File contracts, leases and correspondence for vendor and tenant files
  • Schedule move ins/outs for tenants
  • Provide support to regional team as needed; which includes but not limited to creating purchase orders, drafting contracts, tracking and following up on certificate of insurance for tenants &
