***Ticketing Team Manager***

*** Onsite in Houston, TX***

Job Description:

Our client does transfer station management and hauls waste to the landfills. Each trip produces a ticket that is used for billing the customers and paying the truck drivers (independent contractors).

Responsibilities of Ticketing team:

  • Review tickets that are electronically sent to us in a system called QV21 (transportation management system).
  • Communicate discrepancies with the drivers
  • Provide technical support and customer service to the drivers
  • Create weekly settlement sheets for drivers
  • Solve any disputes with the drivers regarding their pay
  • Produce weekly payments for drivers
  • Work closely with billing
  • Keep close communication with field operations
  • Provide various reports from QV21 for management

Skills needed:

  • Good supervisory skills (around 10 people)
  • Process improvement oriented
  • Good with the systems
  • Customer service oriented
  • Fluent in Spanish would be extremely helpful
  • Manger of this team should gain proficiencies in QV21 system and participate in system improvements.
