Job title: S2P Travel and Expense report Specialist

Duration: 6 months, potential to extend to 12 months

Location: San Diego office, 92129

Pay rate: up to 29/hour DOE

Job Description:

Position Summary: The S2P Expense & Travel Support Specialist will work alongside the Expense and Travel Management team to execute against 'run the business' activities, including but not limited to user support, exception requests and reporting.

Responsibilities related to Expense (70%):

* Manage and resolve daily inquiries from Pcard outlook mailbox
* Perform card maintenance duties as assigned; including but not limited to processing new card applications, re-ordering cards, limit increases, card closures, etc.
* Assists cardholders with tool, process and policy questions or issues
* Monitors card usage as it relates to submitting expenses within the policy guidelines Responsibilities related to Travel (30%):
* Manage and resolve daily inquiries from Travel outlook mailbox
* Manage and resolve exception requests for Travel team including but not limited to policy, booking methods, tool, etc.
* Submit and manage all Help tickets related to Concur that require Sys Admin assistance

Ideal Requirements/Responsibilites:

  • Customer support on the Pcard side
  • Quickbase and banking portal
  • Customer service email/phone calls
  • Help reviewing expense reports in the audit function
  • Concur experience (not required, but a big plus)
  • High volume email/customer service skills
  • Salesforce experience would be helpful
  • Excel would be helpful but not required
  • Important to get up to speed on Intuit policy and enforcement strategy
  • Ability to multitask for different requirements for different countries
  • Standard hours would be flexible, but the team starts around 7 am
  • Managing an email inbox, emails for pcard request, credit request, concur actions, ability to manage the inbox and all requests 10 - 20
  • AP or TE experience is the best match here
  • Customer service, strong communication skills written/verbal
  • 80% is written and 20% verbal
  • Need good energy and high energy
  • Keep interview process the same
  • Knowing when to ask questions, business acumen to ask good questions
  • Ability to take notes and document items that need to be documented, creating SOPs when needed
