VP - CORPORATE CONTROLLER (Remote)

We have been engaged by high growth, global technology company in its search for a proven Corporate Controller (VP). The company is private equity-backed and is experiencing outstanding market share growth and also in acquisition/integration mode. This critical executive leadership role will report to the CFO and have responsibility for:

• Consolidated financial reporting
• International accounting
• Acquisition accounting / Purchasing accounting
• GAAP and IFRS compliance
• Tax management
• Transactional accounting and payroll oversight
• Accounting structure optimization
• System implementation
• Technical accounting
• Driving best practices and process improvements

The ideal candidate for this exceptional VP, Corporate Controller opportunity will have:

• CPA / MBA or Master's in Accounting
• Experience in both public and corporate accounting
• Prior experience leading at the Controller level of a mid to large-sized company
• Software/SaaS industry experience
• Strong international accounting experience
• Tax accounting knowledge
• Prior experience working with offshored accounting model
• Prior experience building a best-in-class team and processes
• Strong knowledge of revenue recognition / ASC 606
