Type : W2, CTC with client
Duties:
As a member of the IT HR team, the Workday Functional Consultant is a key resource.
Skills:
- Must have experience in the HR Scoped App and ITSM in ServiceNow.
- MUST have experience with Workday.
- Work closely with Human Resources to understand business requirements and execute them through successful implementation and testing
- Good understanding of HCM and HR Service Delivery Utilize IT Software Development Life Cycle methodology and Agile as they fit the initiative.
- Experience with HR Scoped app in ServiceNow including Case Management, Knowledge Management, and Employee Service Center
- Familiar with HR Shared services operations and queue management
- Able to define integration requirements between systems such as ServiceNow and Workday
- Most notably, skills in Requirements Analysis, Microsoft Visio, and Business Analysis.
- Analyze and determine application, understand application functionality
- Modules: Core HR, Compensation, Performance, Onboarding, Recruiting Perform system set-up, configuration, testing, and support day-to-day systems and Production issues
- Good understanding of Core HCM, Talent Management, Performance Management
- Utilize IT Software Development Life Cycle methodology and Agile as they fit the initiative Documents configurations for future use and training Day to Day Support (Production Support) Review Business Requirements and do gap analysis Write Workday Functional Design Documents Update Workday Business Processes and Configuration Document System Test cases
- Execute test cases during SIT and document test results
- Participate in UAT and triage defects
- Debug and Fix issues found during development, testing, cut-over and post go-live
- Must have at least four (4) years of experiencein the following -
- Workday HCM, Compensation and Performance
- Workday EIBs and Calc Fields
- Advanced Reports in Workday
- Preferable Workday or Implementation Partner trained
Role :
- Business systems analysts are responsible for the analysis, adjustment, restructuring of different aspects of a business.
- Business system analysts work closely with individuals at all levels of employment to see what is and isn't working in the most efficient manner possible.
- They are responsible for interacting with and addressing employees at all levels in a professional manner while providing constructive criticism that is conducive to the restructuring of current systems.
- Travel may be required in order to gain a more intimate understanding of current methods of conducting business.
- Business systems analysts are responsible for identifying and addressing current and future business needs within the realms of currently accessible resources.
- Responsible for advising on allocation of resources that minimizes waste and maximizes efficient use and profitability.
- Their positions are ongoing requiring multiple follow ups on completed work and flexible availability for future consultation.
- Business systems analysts must have a functional understanding of software systems and at least fundamental understanding of software coding.
- They must be completely proficient in Microsoft Office and have interpersonal communication skills.
- Business system analysts must be prepared to address any concerns that arise during any restructuring of existing systems and adequately explain advantages and disadvantages to any stem changes made under their supervision.
- Participate in projects and ensure coverage of all facets of design, development, testing, and a successful end-user experience.
- Analyze and determine application and interface solutions, understand application functionality
- Provides status against plans and escalates issues
- May conduct research, pilot features and document and prepare recommendations for review.
