Job Description

  • Troubleshoots network access problems and implements network security policies and procedures.
  • Ensures network (LAN/WAN, telecommunications, and voice) security access and protects against unauthorized access, modification, or destruction.
  • Requires an Associate's degree with at least 1-2 years of experience in the field.
  • Participates in the creation and review of user access documentation to include customization/publication of application-specific ISAM documents, procedures, end user job aids, periodic reminders, etc.
  • Maintains User Identity Portal (UIP) user access configurations and supporting documentation as needed in support of electronic Security Access Form (eSAF) technology Grants, modifies, and removes user access privileges for the Parallon network and information systems only as directed by a designated approver and in accordance with established SLAs.
  • Subject matter expert for account management policies, procedures, and guidance documents.
