Tier 2 Deskside Support - IT POST NUMBER: 429150
Join an exciting IT team and be a part of an innovative environment supporting critical operations. As an Infrastructure Technology Analyst, you'll provide hands-on support for hardware, software, and user systems, ensuring a seamless experience for staff across all business areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer Tier 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, software, and mobile devices via phone, email, and remote tools.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues, escalating when necessary.
- Manage Incidents and Service Requests, ensuring timely updates and resolutions.
- Support system hardware and software, maintaining stability and reliability across offices.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve issues and provide technical guidance.
- Stay current with new technologies and continually upgrade your technical skills.
- Create and update support documentation, user guides, and procedures.
- Participate in technical projects and testing as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- A diploma/degree in a related field and at least 1 year of hands-on support experience (Deskside/Help Desk).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10, Active Directory, SCCM, Office 365.
- Security clearance at the Reliability Status level required.
- Team player with excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
