We’re looking for a dedicated Service Desk Agent to provide top-tier technical support to our user community, ensuring smooth, reliable desktop systems across all offices. If you're a problem-solver with a passion for technology and customer service, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Be the First Line of Support: Deliver exceptional technical support via phone, email, and remote tools, resolving issues with desktops, laptops, software, mobile devices, and more.
- Manage Service Requests: Handle Incident and Service Request tickets, ensuring users are kept informed with timely updates.
- Troubleshoot and Solve Problems: Diagnose and resolve technology issues, escalating when necessary, and use your analytical skills to dig into network, server, and enterprise application problems.
- Stay on Top of Technology: Maintain expertise in Microsoft Windows 10, Active Directory, SCCM, and Office 365, while continuously growing your technical knowledge.
- Contribute to Team Success: Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth operations, and create user guides and documentation to improve our support processes.
- Get Involved in Projects: Participate in exciting technical testing and projects as directed by the team.
