What You'll Do:
-
Lead and supervise a dedicated team of 5 AR processors
-
Oversee daily billing, collections, cash application, and invoice generation (approx. 100 invoices/day)

Report directly to the Controller

Liaise between the AR team, operations, and external customers to ensure smooth communication and process execution

Build relationships with software vendors to improve AR systems and tools

Focus on team management and oversight

Drive execution of contract-to-cash processes

Foster a collaborative, communicative environment across departments
What We're Looking For:
-
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Strong understanding of working capital, balance sheets, and accounting principles

Experience leading teams in a high-volume AR environment
-
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong internal and external relationships

A natural facilitator and problem-solver who can balance structure with flexibility
