As a SEC Reporting Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all external financial reporting processes and initiatives.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Lead the monthly and quarterly close activities including reviewing journal entries, account reconciliations, and preparing various quarterly analysis
  • Review and prepare 10-Q/10-K/8-K in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements, and ensure proper tagging and timely submission
  • Review financial disclosures within quarterly and annual earnings releases, investor decks, and other communications
  • Review monthly and quarterly reporting packages for executive management and covenants compliance
  • Research technical accounting and reporting matters and stay abreast of pending changes in relevant guidance and analyze the potential impact to the company
  • Liaise with FP&A, legal, investor relations, internal and external auditors, and provide advice and assistance
  • Coordinate the SOX compliance process with the internal and external auditors
  • Participate in projects and system enhancements designed to improve efficiency
  • Lead, coach, and develop direct report(s) in day-to-day responsibilities
Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • 5-10 years of accounting/audit experience. Big 4 / public accounting experience preferred
  • CPA, preferred
  • Strong operational, organization, and analytical skills required
  • Attention to detail and ability to complete projects in a timely and effective manner
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills required
