Job Description:
  • Foremost to your success as a Product Manager, you will gain and maintain a deep understanding of the client's experience and market conditions.
  • You will work to identify and fill product gaps, bringing new ideas that can optimize the client's experience and support growth to the Product team for consideration.
  • You will need to be good at collaboratively translating product strategy into prototypes and requirements.
  • Being able to advocate for your products in context of the value it will generate for our clients (and our business) against the reality of multiple competing strategic priorities will be a skill integral to your success.
  • It will be critical that you work fluently between the various disciplines within the business; Executive, Engineering, Product Design, Client Services, Curriculum Design, Data Science, Sales, to facilitate the successful development of your products.

Regardless, you will collaboratively develop realistic build and delivery schedules that can be communicated with the Executive team and that will commission other team members to do their parts to support the product's development and release.
  • Facilitating Design Sprints and Lightning Rounds will be routine.
  • Building the product is only the starting point. You will be responsible to drive the overall maturing, addition of new features, and wholesale evolution of the product through customer user interviews, use cases, and the collection of internal and external feedback.
  • Since you will know the most about your product, you will participate in setting the go-to-market strategies, pricing, and market positioning.
  • You will support client's goals, values and philosophy by always exhibiting the behaviors of excellence, quality service, commitment and accountability.
  • Occasionally support other duties, as assigned.

  • Major plus:
    • Experience in consumer acquisition and retail a plus.
    • Experience in products that use "big data".
    • Experience in marketing automation.
    • MS/BS degree in Engineering, Marketing, or equivalent.
