As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will offer a primary evaluation on the business and its client's fiscal circumstance and approve or refuse payment of outstanding accounts within the enterprise.

Additional responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Analyst include:

  • Minimizing dire liability hazards by balancing the imbursement for all account receivables and supervises account management.
  • Reconciling client and company statements and billing data and communicating with the accounting department.
  • Recruiting, educating, and encouraging the accounts receivable group while providing leadership and coaching for colleagues to ensure the success of departmental, personal and organizational directives and requirements.
  • Ensuring collections connections are using company designated practices and code of conduct within their elected echelon of influence for reviewing client requests and all related disputes with respect to the account.
  • Instituting and appraising credit restrictions for both fresh and existing clients.

Job Requirements

To be successful in the Accounts Receivable Analyst role, it is essential that you have experience in an electronic finance processing environment with multiple location accounts receivable. Additional requirement of the Accounts Receivable Analyst role include: • 2 + years of accounts receivable processing experience and general knowledge of accounting and accounts receivable principles • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word • Excellent written and verbal communication skills necessary to work with various vendors and internal customers
