Job Description

Our Client, located in Fishers Indiana, is currently looking for an Account Based Marketing Director who is responsible for leading the development, implementation, execution, and measurement of targeted account-focused marketing initiatives in collaboration with the sales team.
THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL:
* Understand what challenges small, medium and enterprise businesses face in relation to marketing to point-of-sale customers and how each account's decision-making process works.
* Manage and promote an editorial calendar of innovative content and marketing assets that align with the customer journey and sales buying stages and support the Go To Market (GTM) and co-marketing plans for assigned accounts.
* Deploy ready-to-carry-out marketing tactics and provide sales enablement on an account and industry basis using various channels including digital, events, and social media.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive account profiles and target personas; oversee a database of named contacts to align marketing and sales in defining the target audience required to achieve account goals.
* Work with sales to identify gaps in key personas and contact information within strategic accounts; develop data and insight strategy to add key personas and contacts within accounts
* Analyze metrics and reports to determine the effectiveness of program and campaign activities.
* Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes.

REQUIRED TRAITS AND CHARACTERISTICS
* 5+ years B2B demand generation/field marketing experience with proven account-based marketing specific knowledge and skills
* Experience leading a team and managing others
* Knowledge and experience with sales and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce, Paradot, and other web-based marketing and project management tools
* Estimated 10%-20% travel required
* BA/BS or equivalent work experience
