Job Description

Vaco is looking for an Account Coordinator for a client in Melbourne, FL. The Account Coordinator will be responsible for all aspects of the account set-up process, beginning with implementation and continuing throughout the Company/Client relationship. This person must be enthusiastic about serving clients, able to multi-task, attention to detail, knowledge of the drug testing industry preferred. This person will be an integral part in growing our business. The Account Coordinator will also be responsible for training customers on how to use the portal for scheduling drug screens.

Essential Functions:
Duties include but not limited to:
General customer service, that includes handling phone calls or emails responding to client inquiries/requests in a timely, friendly & helpful manner

Receives orders from customer
Processes customer orders, calculates pricing, prepares Packing List for shipment
Responds to customer requests and/or concerns, which may include billing inquiry, product inquiry and/or providing requested materials
Provide support to ensure an Awesome Customer Experience

Skills :
2-5 years Customer Service experience
Computer skills - Word, Excel 6.2 Good communication skills
Good organizational skills
Ability to speak effectively to customers and employees of organization
