Job Description

Our sales team sells to MDU (multi-dwelling apartments & condos) and MTU (multi-tenant commercial spaces) property owners. As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be part of the team that evangelizes a large internet provider's services to these property owners. You will proactively reach out via phone and articulate the power and value of this internet service. You excel at moving leads through the sales funnel, pitching, responding to objections and delighting prospects with our solutions.

  • Identify properties, relationships, stakeholders and decision makers for multi-family, condo and private single family properties in Austin.
  • Discuss benefits of internet provider's services at their property, pursue and acquire access agreements with the property.
  • Attend Condo, HOA, and developer meetings outlining internet provider benefits to key stakeholders
  • Manage a book of business of up to 100 properties and report regularly on deal statuses.
  • Execute multiple projects/programs/planning in support of market long term objectives
  • Manage a CRM database with relevant deal information, status updates and notes.

This position reports directly to the Head of Sales

Skill/Experience/Education
Mandatory
  • 2+ years of direct sales experience with proven results
  • Account management experience + strong organizational skills
  • Experience selling FTTH and/or experience working with MDU/MTU owners or property managers
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • College Degree or 4+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and networking skills
