Account Manager - Insurance, $65-85K+bonus

Vaco Technology is assisting a client in their search for an Account Manager that will be the Point of Contact for customers. This role is a great fit for someone who has been or is a super user of insurance applications. Candidate will strive to enhance customer service quality and increase the client experience positively.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a specific customer base re: their insurance needs
  • Provide research on customer inquiries and requests and respond in a timely manner
  • Provide basic software support to clients re: their accounts
  • Participate in the research and analysis of client incidents and provide a lasting resolution
  • Work closely with the Service Delivery Manager to ensure customer satisfaction

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of Life, Health and/or Annuity insurance experience
  • Strong experience as an end user of an insurance application
  • Good knowledge of Life, Health and/or Annuity insurance policies
  • Exceptional verbal, written, interpersonal and time management skills
  • Passion for learning technology
  • Willing to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Willingness to train for 6 months to learn applications and process

TERMS

  • This is a full-time opportunity with a salary between $65-85K
