Account Reconciliations Process Improvement (Contract) in Dallas, TX at Vaco

Job Description

Vaco Resources has partnered with a Far North Dallas client (100% onsite) for a process improvement project in their accounting function, focused on balance sheet reconciliation process. This role starts ASAP with an estimated duration of approximately three months.

Primary responsibilities of this role: clean-up of balance sheet reconciliations, lead redesign of process and procedures relating to reconciliations and train others accordingly.

Miniimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Accounting
• Strong month-end close experience (at least 10 years)
• Demonstrated ability to lead close process improvement
• Publicly-traded company experience

Preferred Requirements:

• Healthcare industry experience
• Lawson experience
• CPA
