Location: Dover, New Jersey

Job Description:

Morris County, New Jersey based professional services firm is seeking a hands-on Accountant/Full Charge Bookkeeper. Position is responsible will include Payroll using ADP, Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable, Billing, Accounting Applications including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Budgeting functions, ad-hoc projects and more


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* A/R , A/P using Quick Books

* Reconcile bank and investment accounts

* Monitor company cash flow

* Monthly analysis and reporting on P&Ls, Balance Sheets and Cash Flow

* Prepare financial statements and reports using Quick Books and Excel

* Budget planning

* Administer company benefits/Assist in all HR activities

* Administer/Update Medical and 401K/Profit Share plans working with outside professionals

Qualifications/Requirements:

* ADP payroll Experience

* BA/BS in Accounting

* QuickBooks Experience
