Job Description

Vaco Birmingham is working with a well-established Birmingham-based organization to identify an Accounting and Business Administrator. The successful candidate will be a liason between the accounting and operations departments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customer Contract set-up in ViewPoint ERP system
  • Purchase Order matching and approval
  • Maintaining accuracy and completion of service orders
  • Coordination of customer billing
  • Providing support to the accounting manager to accurately track and report monthly revenue
  • Provides assistance with HR and benefits
  • Provides support for payroll processing

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least two years of exposure to accounting
  • Direct experience with management of purchase order work flow
  • Excellent systems and technology skills
  • Exposure to manufacturing and installation industries strongly preferred
