As an Accounting Assistant, you will provide C-level administrative support on a daily basis. You will act as the liaison between the directors and all departments throughout the organization as well as outside partners and clients.

The MUST haves:
2-3 years Administrative Assistant experience, Human Resource Support/HR Coordinator/HR Admin experience.

    • Must have job consistency.
    • Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook Calendaring.
    • Ability to work as a team player as well as independently and under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
    • Extremely detail oriented. Must be able to manage HIGH VOLUMES of paperwork, digital file maintenance, data entry, contract and document creation.
    • Must maintain a sense of flexibility in an ever changing, deadline driven environment.
    • Customer service experience.
    • A team player who is professional.
