Job Description

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk.


  • Accounts Receivable - Review receivable to determine balances owed. Calculate commissions.
    • Collections - Make calls regarding outstanding payments.
    • Payment processing - Process different types of payments.
  • Accounts Payable - Review sales to determine if an overpayment is owed. Calculate commission changes.
    • Refund processing
  • Adhoc projects.

Requirement & Skills

  • Detail Oriented person
  • Knowledge of debits and credits and journal entry experience is a plus
  • Work Experience - 2 to 3 years' experience in corporate, professional environment preferred. Experience in accounting related tasks required.
  • Customer Service Skills - Very clear and concise verbal communication is required. Some experience on the phone is required. Collections experience is preferred.
  • Written communication skills
  • Problem Solving
  • Excel - Familiarity with formulas is required.
