Job Description

Candidates must be attracted to a fast paced environment, have an upbeat personality and have the ability to multi task and prioritize the workload.


  • Must have a financial background to prepare billing and post payments to A/R.
  • Maintain and review all records pertaining to A/P, including coding, processing and distribution of A/P checks.
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and A/P closing.
  • Produce various management and production spreadsheets.
  • Schedules appointments and meetings; prepares materials and items as needed.
  • Serves as a point of contact for people inside and outside the Company.
  • Assist with payroll administration including employee files, time clock processing and reports.
  • Types correspondence, maintains files and retrieves documents as necessary.


  • 2-3 years experience in a production environment with experience as an accounting clerk.
  • Possess strong initiative and effective organizational skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain rapport and interact with various levels of professionals and departments.
  • Must be proficient using Quickbooks and a basic knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
