As an Accounting Manager, you will apply your general ledger, month-end close and supervisory expertise to the oversight and management of a team. You will also provide clients with a full range of financial services.

Your areas of responsibility in this role will generally include:

  • Ensure timely weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.
  • Manage and train accounting staff
  • Annual budgeting
  • Provide support to external CPA for all aspects of Income Tax reporting and audits.
  • Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards
  • Manage the AR and AP functions.
  • Assist in the development of policy and procedures within the accounting department.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree, Accounting or Business degree preferred
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communications skills.
  • Proven management skills.
  • Must have a high level of experience with both Quickbooks Desktop and MS Excel
