As an Accounting Manager, you will apply your general ledger, month-end close and supervisory expertise to the oversight and management of a team. You will also provide clients with a full range of financial services.

Your areas of responsibility in this role will generally include:

  • Oversee all financial management and financial planning/systems
  • Managing month-end closing process
  • Reviewing and preparing journal entries and reconciliations
  • Reviewing and analyzing financial statements and variances
  • Report monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets/financials to the Board
  • Annual preparation of budgets
  • Prepare financial analysis for external audits
  • Prepare Form 990 (non profit)
  • Account for all grant funds are in compliance with GAAP
  • Implementing policies and procedures
  • Supervising staff

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • Part time - 24 hours per week
  • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks
