Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Timely and accurate financial and operational reporting and analysis
  • Prepare journal entries and manage month-end closing
  • Compare actual costs to standard costs and analyze variances
  • Full cycle operating planning and forecast management including income statement, working capital and capital expenditures
  • Motivates staff, individually and as a group
  • Acts as an ERP administrator and trains other team members as needed

Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Business and/or Accounting
  • 6-12 years experience preferred
  • Demonstrated experience driving business performance and process improvements
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal project management and communication skills necessary
