Our client, located near Kenilworth, NJ is adding an Accounting Manager to the team.

In this role the ideal candidate will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Manage the staff and accounting functions for the organization which will include supervising Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Cash Receipts, credit and collections.
  • Develop and implement processes for improvement for the Accounting division.
  • Responsible for commission calculation and reporting
  • Complete the Month End close, year end close, monthly reports, financial statements, and scheduling audits.
  • Prepare and manage the organizations budget.
  • Prepare agendas and conduct staff meetings to develop communication and inform updates as well as feedback from staff.

Requirements for the position include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • Supervisory experience necessary
  • Experience within the Real Estate, Mortgage/Lending, Financial Services industry preferred.
  • Proficient with Quickbooks, MS Office programs including advanced Excel Skills.
