Job Description

  • Responsible for managing Company financial reporting & accounting, funds management, and team leadership
  • Supervises and coordinates activities such as the timely posting of journal entries, vendor invoices, GL maintenance, fixed asset and depreciation schedules
  • Manages the account reconciliation processes; ownership of reviewing monthly balance sheet reconciliations
  • Serves as back-up for Director of Accounting as needed
  • Maintains relationship with auditors and examiners; and ensures all sales and backup withholding taxes are paid and returns are filed timely and that specific regulatory reporting requirements are met
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Accounting at a financial institution or in public accounting is required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Prior Supervisory experience is required
  • CPA is preferred
