Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist with financial reporting
  • Supervise/manage the accounting staff
  • Manage month end process and production of financial statements and analysis
  • Maintain the general ledger and all subsidiary ledger reconciliations
  • Manage the functions of accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management and payroll
  • Perform FP&A duties such as budgeting, forecasting, and in-depth P&L analysis
  • Act as a liaison to Partners and outside professional services firms, including accounting firms, regulatory authorities, insurance/benefits specialists, etc.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Master's degree is a plus
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • CPA is a plus
  • Solid understanding of financial reporting and general ledger structure
  • Ability to analyze and retrieve data to evaluate performance and make recommendations
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while managing time effectively
