Job Description

A real estate company based in Phoenix is looking for an Accounting Manager to join the corporate accounting team. Yardi experience is a MUST, as is experience in the real estate industry.

Salary: $90K - $110K DOE plus bonus

Responsibilities:
  • Compile monthly financial statements
  • Oversee property accountants
  • Manage and prepare annual budget
  • Investor reporting
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • 4+ years of real estate experience
  • Proficiency in Yardi
  • CPA preferred
